One of the largest electronic payments network in Brazil.

Company revamped its website to provide services and communication network of sites able to accept Visa cards; channel is accessible 24 hours and 100% integrated with transactional data through the platform Navita Portal.

Cielo manages relationships with more than 1.6 million merchants authorized to accept Visa cards, and now has new features on your site www.cielo.com.br compared to the old portal VisaNet. Developed by Navita, the channel is aimed at providing services and communicating with more than 400,000 establishments and affiliated with major banks operating in the country.

The Challenge

Create a robust structure capable of supporting a large volume of transactional information and prevent failures. Protecting the network through redundant servers, so that in case of problems in one unit, one is immediately thrown without losses relating to lost data and downtime.

The Solution

Total duration of three months, the first phase of the project run by Navita covered the development of the site and its integration with legacy systems and data network affiliates. The portal has been structured to provide administrators with simplified access to the channel metrics management, allowing the visualization of the results generated by the portal, including information on navigation and access volume.

For the project, used the Navita Portal - a platform for managing enterprise portals - to integrate the channel information stored in mainframe establishments Cielo, as balances, statements, returns, reports and requests for maintenance and replacement of material. The Director of Operations, Navita, Fabio Nunes, highlights the ease of data integration platform provided by the gains generated in the deployment cost and time of the channel.

"Through the resources of Navita Portal, we run a project in record time, mission-critical, leaving no room for failure. We performed the integration site of Cielo with several legacy systems in an efficient manner, and ultimately deliver a new service channel with intuitive and friendly to users of establishments, "says Nunes.

Benefits

Cielo has passed a recent IPO and has made changes in its management model. The launch of a new enterprise portal platform was to improve benefits and expedite service to businesses, and encourage the expansion of the affiliate network. With the project, it was possible to standardize the technology base and ensure the development of systems architecture.
